To provide our WhatsApp marketing, broadcasting, and messaging services, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, business email address, phone number, and billing details.
• Meta WhatsApp Credentials: WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, Phone Number ID, App ID, and official system user access tokens obtained through Meta Embedded Signup.
• Contact & Audience Data: Phone numbers, customer names, custom attributes, and group tags uploaded by Vendors for targeted broadcasts.
• Message Transmission Logs: Message delivery timestamps, delivery status (sent, delivered, read, failed), and conversational interaction records required for live chat functionality.

3. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Compliance

CrazyWebDev strictly operates as an authorized business solution utilizing official WhatsApp Cloud infrastructure. All message delivery and webhooks are processed through official cloud servers. We never engage in unauthorized browser automation, unofficial scraping, or unsanctioned bulk messaging tools.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Transmit authorized WhatsApp broadcasts and 2-way live chat messages.
• Execute automated bot reply flows and interactive trigger rules configured by Vendors.
• Generate deliverability funnels and campaign analytics.
• Ensure compliance with Meta WhatsApp Business Policies and anti-spam regulations.

5. Data Retention & Tenant Isolation

All data is partitioned by client tenant workspace. Each client's customer contacts, chat histories, and campaign records are securely segregated. We do not sell, rent, or monetize Vendor or customer contact data to third parties under any circumstances.

6. Opt-Out & User Rights

End users have the statutory right to opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time. When a contact opts out or sends an unsubscribe keyword (e.g., "STOP"), our platform immediately marks the contact as unsubscribed, preventing any future broadcast deliveries to that number.
