1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time directly through your account settings or by contacting our billing department at contact@crazywebdev.com. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscription sign-ups. If you are unsatisfied with our platform within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Direct WhatsApp conversation charges billed directly by Meta.
- Subscriptions active beyond the initial 7-day trial period.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations or spamming.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@crazywebdev.com with your registered account email and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
