1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the CrazyWebDev WhatsApp API service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Description of Service

CrazyWebDev Technologies provides an independent Multi-Tenant SaaS platform integrating directly with Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. The service includes bulk broadcast scheduling, template synchronization, contact segmentation, live two-way customer support chat, and a visual bot flow builder.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Policy Compliance

Users and Vendors must strictly abide by:

• Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
• Meta WhatsApp Commerce Policy
• Applicable telecommunications and spam regulations

You represent and warrant that all recipients of your WhatsApp messages have explicitly opted in to receive communications from your organization. Unsolicited spam, misleading content, adult content, gambling, and prohibited items will result in immediate account termination.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, permanent Meta System User tokens, and API keys. CrazyWebDev is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

Subscription plans (Free, Premium, Unlimited) are billed according to the agreed terms. Direct WhatsApp Cloud API conversation charges imposed by Meta are billed separately through your linked Meta Payment Method in Meta Business Manager.

6. Limitation of Liability

CrazyWebDev Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, Meta API maintenance, template rejections, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
