Vendor Terms & Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement
These Vendor Terms govern businesses, agencies, and individual vendors ("Vendors") who operate a dedicated client workspace on the CrazyWebDev WhatsApp API platform to manage their respective WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs), audience databases, and customer chats.
2. Multi-Tenant Workspace Rights
Each Vendor workspace is granted isolated access to its dedicated data partitions, contact lists, campaigns, bot flows, and chat message archives. Vendors are granted non-exclusive, revocable rights to invite authorized team members into their designated workspace.
3. WABA Ownership & Quality Rating
Vendors retain full legal ownership of their registered Meta WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, and green-tick verification statuses. Vendors are solely responsible for maintaining their Meta Phone Quality Rating (Green/Medium/Red) by complying with messaging guidelines and preventing high customer block rates.
4. Data Confidentiality & Protection
CrazyWebDev Technologies treats all Vendor contact lists, message histories, and media uploads with strict confidentiality. Vendor data is never shared across client partitions or used for cross-vendor marketing.
